Our aim is to provide the highest quality shopping service available on the Internet, and we treat customers with
respect and honesty at all times. We try our best to provide you competitive prices, exceptional customer
service, a wide range of products in stock, and fast and reasonably priced shipping. Most orders are shipped the
same or next day. Due to many factors though, this is not guaranteed so allow up to 15 business days to receive
your tracking number. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Digital photographs sometimes
distort the colors of the product images, so the picture displayed is not always an exact reproduction of the items
actual color. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Maya Saddles reserves the right to revoke any stated
offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). Maya
Saddles may at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by the same credit card, and also orders which use the same billing
and/or shipping address.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can place an order online using our secure server, fax or email. Sales taxes in participating provinces will be
added to all orders. We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal and company checks, money orders/bank drafts and,
bank checks for payment from within USA and Canada. Please contact us with any enquiries about ordering,
shipping and payment.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We accept all major credit cards through our processing bank. You will be directed to them as you go through
Check Out.
PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
If you wish to pay by check or money order you can still submit your order online using the Shopping Cart.
Select the appropriate method from the Payment Method drop-down list in the Shopping System and refer to
the instructions for further details. Your order will be held pending until payment is complete. In stock orders
paid for by money order or bank draft will ship as soon as payment is received. Orders paid for by personal or
company check will be held pending for up to ten business days for check clearance. In stock orders will ship as
soon as the check has been cleared.
EMAIL ORDERS
If you prefer to place an order by email, please send your requirements (Quantity, Part Number and Shipping
Method) to sales@tackoutlet.com along with your name and contact phone number, shipping address and phone
number (if different). Our sales representative will call you for credit card information. Receipt of emailed orders
will be acknowledged by phone or email.
CUSTOM ORDERS
When you request for a product designed as per your specification, we try our best to create a product that
matches your specification. However, there still could be some mostly minor differences between what you
wanted and what we created for you. Unless the finished product is has a significant difference from your
specifications (such as size, color, style, material), you would be responsible for paying us for the product. For
cases where the product is significantly different, you will not be obliged for the purchase of the product.
WARRANTY
All our items carry a limited manufacturers warranty (details can be sent on request). We can assist you in
making a claim with them directly for any warranty issues.
DISCLAIMER OF PRODUCT LIABILITY
We do not express or imply any warranty respecting the safety of products sold. The buyer assumes all risk and
liability resulting from the use of said products. We advice you to read the products instructions carefully and
use good judgement to decide if a product looks unsafe for usage. Please inform us about the concerned product
and we will be happy to assist you explaining the usage of the product and/or returning the product as a defective
item.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We are usually unable to cancel an order once it is placed. Occasionally however we are able to cancel orders (this
is strictly at our discretion), please note that this must be done on the telephone only, if you wish to see if we are
able to cancel your order, please contact us through email (customers@mayasaddles.com)/Fax (9258035881) to
see if you qualify. If we are able to cancel it, there is a 10% fee
